regula.tools ("we", "our", or "us"), operated by HUUN Interactive, is an on-device utility platform built with privacy-first, zero-server-compute principles. We believe that developer utilities, cryptographic tools, and statutory financial calculators should never require you to compromise your data privacy.
🛡️ 1. The Zero-Upload Architecture
All calculation engines, Abstract Syntax Tree (AST) transformations, formatting algorithms, CSV parsers, and cryptographic generators run 100% locally inside your browser via Web Workers and standard Web Crypto APIs. Sensitive payloads — including code snippets, financial amounts, passwords, tokens, and SQL queries — never leave your device and are never transmitted to any backend server.
2. Minimal Data We Collect
A. Browser Local Storage: We store non-sensitive state directly inside your browser sandbox (such as your cookie consent preferences and non-sensitive tool settings). This data never leaves your device.
B. Anonymous Usage Analytics (Optional): Subject to your explicit affirmative consent via Google Consent Mode v2, we collect aggregated, anonymized metrics (such as visited tool URLs, browser type, and session duration) via Google Analytics 4 (with IP anonymization enabled) to understand usage patterns and guide future utility engineering. If you select "Necessary Only" or decline cookies, analytics storage is completely blocked.
C. Cloudflare Web Analytics: We use cookieless, privacy-preserving Cloudflare Web Analytics at the network layer for basic bandwidth and pageview monitoring. It does not track personal information or persist cookies on your device.
3. Zero User Accounts & No Data Sale
regula.tools operates without user registration, logins, or user databases. We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment card information. We never sell, rent, monetize, or trade any user data to third parties or data brokers.
4. Regulatory Rights (KVKK, GDPR & CCPA)
Depending on your jurisdiction (including the European Union General Data Protection Regulation / GDPR, Turkey Law No. 6698 on Protection of Personal Data / KVKK, and the California Consumer Privacy Act / CCPA), you hold rights to data access, portability, and erasure. Because we do not maintain personal accounts or store your inputs on servers, clearing your browser cache and local storage immediately erases all stored state.
