These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of regula.tools, operated by HUUN Interactive. By accessing or using any utility on regula.tools, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptable Use
You may use regula.tools for lawful personal, professional, and commercial purposes. You agree not to perform automated denial-of-service attacks, reverse engineer non-public infrastructure, or use our services in violation of applicable laws.
⚖️ 2. Statutory & Financial Disclaimer (Turkey Law No. 3568)
Calculators providing estimates for statutory Turkish taxes (such as Tapu Harcı, KDV Tevkifat, and Serbest Meslek Makbuzu) are simulation models based on publicly documented legislation. In accordance with Turkey Law No. 3568, calculations generated by regula.tools do NOT constitute certified financial, tax, or legal advisory services. Results must be verified by a certified public accountant (SMMM) or sworn-in certified public accountant (YMM). Global fee calculators (e.g., Stripe Fee Calculator) are estimates based on published platform schedules and may differ from actual amounts billed.
3. Cryptographic Tools & Custody Responsibility
Our random password generator and UUID generators use deterministic, high-entropy cryptographic primitives provided by your browser (window.crypto.getRandomValues()). We never store, transmit, or cache generated credentials. Safe custody, backup, and transmission of generated keys, UUIDs, or passwords are solely your responsibility.
4. "As Is" Warranty & Limitation of Liability
All tools and utilities on regula.tools are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or error-free execution. HUUN Interactive shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our tools.
5. Modifications & Governing Law
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be reflected with an updated timestamp on this page. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
